Fullabrook Community Fund
Even before submitting its application for Fullabrook Wind Farm in 2004, Devon Wind Power had committed to establish a Community Fund to invest in sustainable community projects in the area once electricity started to flow from the wind farm.
The Fullabrook Wind Farm Community Interest Company (CIC) was set up to administer this Community Fund and it will be managed independently of Devon Wind Power.

CIC Public Meeting
The fund will become operational shortly after the wind farm starts to generate electricity.
Control of the Fullabrook Wind Farm CIC has been transferred to local people. Local CIC directors were elected at a public meeting held in Braunton on 25th March 2009.

Voting for the CIC directors
The CIC directors will be responsible for administering and distributing monies from the Community Fund once the wind farm is operational. Devon Wind Power is entitled to send a representative as an observer to meetings of the CIC directors, but it will have no say in how the Fund is used to support local community projects.
